Terms of Service

The Site is operated by Tech Ahir LLC (5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #28508, Casper, Wyoming 82609, USA) together with its affiliate Tech Ahir Private Limited (Block E 601-607 Radhe Infinity, Kudasan, Gandhinagar, Gujarat 382421, India). References to “Tech Ahir,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean these entities collectively.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract to use the Site. If you are using the Site on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our systems, or our networks.
• Introduce viruses, trojans, or other malicious code, or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.
• Scrape, copy, or systematically retrieve content from the Site without our written permission.
• Submit information you do not have the right to share, or that infringes another person’s rights.

When you submit a discovery-call request, affiliate application, or any other form on the Site, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You retain ownership of files you upload, but grant Tech Ahir a limited license to store, process, and review them solely for the purpose of evaluating your request and delivering services.

Do not upload confidential third-party material, personally identifying information of others, or content that violates any law or contractual obligation.

By providing your mobile number and consenting on the Site, you agree to receive transactional and/or marketing text messages from Tech Ahir. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP at any time to opt out. See our Privacy Policy for further detail.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, page layouts, and code — is owned by Tech Ahir or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the Site for lawful, personal, and business inquiries only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

Submitting an affiliate application does not create an affiliate relationship. Tech Ahir reviews each application and reserves the right to accept or decline applicants in its sole discretion. Acceptance into the program is governed by a separate agreement that will be provided to approved partners.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or rely on third-party services (including our CRM and SMS providers). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that party’s terms.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TECH AHIR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

Information on the Site is provided for general purposes and does not constitute professional advice. Engagement letters, statements of work, and proposals delivered separately govern any project we undertake.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TECH AHIR AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tech Ahir and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will continue in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
